Kevin has an extensive background in real estate sales, sales management, property management as well as new construction sales and management. With over 25 years in the real estate industry, he offers a steadfast and knowledgeable approach to problem solving and understands the needs of his customers and clients well.

 

Additionally he holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. Being raised in Chesterfield County and educated at Virginia Commonwealth, Kevin possesses a through knowledge of the entire Greater Richmond Area.

Personally, Kevin has been married to his college sweetheart for nearly 25 years. Shannon and Kevin reside on their small family farm in Western Chesterfield where he has been active in Clover Hill Sports  Association and Cosby High School Athletics. Kevin has served as the President of the Association and can often be found on the baseball and softball diamonds or working the chains at the football games. Kevin and Shannon have raised their three children, Sarah, Steele, and Savannah in Chesterfield County.
